ar baji Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the ar baji platform and its users. They apply to users residing in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. Accessing or using the platform through the ar baji website, mobile application or any other channel constitutes acceptance of these terms.

These terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity in interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence. ar baji reserves the right to amend, modify or add new terms to any part of these conditions at any time.

In addition to these terms, various specific policies of ar baji — such as bonus terms, game rules or the terms of particular promotions — apply separately. Those specific terms serve as a supplement to these general terms and conditions.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on ar baji and take part in any betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. 21+ Registration and use by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. ar baji reserves the right to verify age and, if verification fails, to close the account immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person, within the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and associated balances may be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

At the time of registration, users are required to provide their correct name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. Registering with false or incorrect information and failing to correct it afterwards will be considered a breach of these terms. ar baji may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

Account Management and Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account login details completely confidential. Passwords or OTPs must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the ar baji support team must be notified immediately.

ar baji will never ask for a password or OTP via email or chat. Any such message may be fraudulent. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their own account. Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

ar baji uses SSL technology to keep users' personal information secure. Maintaining a safe and secure environment on the platform is a priority for ar baji.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited into an ar baji account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The mobile number provided at the time of deposit must match the number registered on the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that funds deposited come from a legitimate source and that they are the rightful owner of those funds. Using a payment method registered in a third party's name or depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ar baji offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

ar baji offers various promotions from time to time, such as the weekly ar baji Deposit Festival, the ar baji Double Chance at weekends, and the Refer a Friend to ar baji referral offer. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies once per user within a specified period.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn — only winnings earned through a bonus may be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, ar baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ar baji may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

ar baji has specific rules for participating in sports betting, live casino, slots and other games. The rules for each game can be found within the game itself.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue or loss of connection, it will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

In cricket betting, a limited-overs match generally does not have a draw option; bets are therefore placed only between Team A and Team B. ar baji makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any event — published odds are probability figures only and do not guarantee actual winnings.

6.1 VIP Program

ar baji's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier. At the Diamond tier, up to 0.8% weekly cashback may be earned. Cashback is based on net losses for the week. VIP tier changes are at ar baji's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar baji platform:

• Using bots, automated software or any artificial means to place bets or play games.
• Fraudulently collecting bonuses in violation of bonus terms or through multiple accounts.
• Misrepresenting account information or concealing identity.
• Colluding fraudulently with other users (match fixing).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform for gain without reporting them.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping a minor access the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, ar baji may immediately suspend or close the account and confiscate the balance.

Responsible Gaming

ar baji takes responsible gaming seriously. Our Responsible Gaming Policy provides details on setting play limits, self-exclusion and access to professional support for users. Every user is encouraged to set a spending limit and play within it.

Online betting and casino activity is recommended for entertainment purposes only and with funds you can afford to lose. ar baji strictly upholds the 21+ age policy and is committed to protecting minors. Privacy and Data Protection

Details on how ar baji collects and uses users' personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy. Personal information is used solely for providing services, verifying identity and meeting legal obligations.

User data is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with authorised partners engaged in fraud prevention or where required by law. User data is kept secure using SSL encryption.

Service Changes and Termination

ar baji reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue any part of the service at any time. Temporary downtime may be required for technical maintenance or upgrades.

If a user breaches these terms, ar baji may close that account without prior notice. Apart from a breach, users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn through the designated method before account closure, except in cases of a terms breach.

Limitation of Liability

ar baji operates the platform with the utmost care. However, ar baji's liability is limited for losses arising from technical issues, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity problems or other unforeseen circumstances.

ar baji cannot guarantee the quality or availability of third-party games or services. Participation in games is entirely at the user's own decision and risk. ar baji is not responsible for financial losses resulting from losses in games.

If a dispute arises, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through the support channel. Users may apply for dispute resolution within 30 days of the date the complaint was submitted to the support team.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that specific provision shall be severed and all remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
